Former WWE star Von Wagner is set to return to in-ring action for the first time since April 2024. Wagner was among the surprising names released by WWE a year ago, despite being considered for a main roster call-up. Before his departure, he was involved in a feud with Bron Breakker and Lexis King in NXT. His last match took place on April 2, 2024, where he put over Lexis King.
Now, Wagner is officially making his comeback. Midwest All-Star Wrestling has announced that he will be competing under his real name, Cal Bloom, at their March 15 event. His scheduled opponent for the night will be Shay Diesel. This match marks Wagner’s first time stepping into the ring since leaving WWE.
More updates on Von Wagner’s post-WWE career will follow as he continues to wrestle on the independent scene.
